I help strong, ambitious women navigate the “messy middle” of life—the space between where you are and where God is calling you to be—so you can move from overwhelm to clarity, confidence, and purpose.
As a Certified Christian Life Coach and Trauma-Informed Coach, I am passionate about helping women reconnect with their identity and walk boldly in who they were created to be.
As a wife of 18 years, a mother of three, and a woman of faith, I understand what it feels like to carry responsibilities while quietly trying to hold yourself together. The messy middle can feel confusing, heavy, and uncertain—but it’s also where growth happens.
With over 25 years of leadership experience in Corporate America—spanning coaching, management, and human resources—I’ve guided individuals through challenges, transitions, and personal breakthroughs.
Today, I use that experience to help women move forward with intention and alignment.

My mission is to help women Be CORAgeous—to rise boldly, heal deeply, and step fully into who God created them to be.
I am committed to helping women break free from the internal and external chains that keep them stuck in fear, limiting beliefs, and cycles of self-doubt. Through scripture-based guidance, prayer, affirmations, and transformational teaching, I support women in renewing their minds and reclaiming their identity, confidence, and purpose in Christ.
Through my She THRIVES program and coaching experiences, I guide women from overwhelm and uncertainty into clarity, emotional strength, and spiritual alignment. Clients are equipped with practical tools, faith-based strategies, and personalized support to help them navigate life’s challenges, heal from within, and confidently move toward the future God has designed for them.
